In the case of urban development projects that require a feasibility certificate for the provision of sanitation services. The following documents must be submitted:

• BIOFGCL006-03 format duly filled out
• Physical map of the project location in the city of Villavicencio (letter size).
• Urban Plan of the Project in physical and magnetic media in DWG format without scale.
• Certificate of legal representation not older than 30 days
• Written request
