The Villavicencio sanitation company was established on August 17, 1995 and began operations on January 1, 1996, as the first private company in the country dedicated to the provision of the three components of the domiciliary public sanitation service: Sweeping and cleaning of roads and public areas, collection and transportation, and final disposal of solid waste.

During this period, the company operated the Don Juanito sanitary landfill, which in 2002 became the Recycling Ecological Park. It received national awards and recognition for its technical, environmental and landscape management. In 2003 it certified its Quality System under the ISO 9001 standard and in September 2007 it integrated and certified the OHSAS 18001 standard for industrial safety and occupational health.

In 2008, operations began at the new Parque Ecológico Reciclante landfill, located on the Caños Negros road, with an environmental license to operate for 33 years. In 2015, planning and execution of the urban cleaning service began with the components of pruning, lawn mowing and washing of public areas of the city.

In this year, the company began to provide the Urban Cleaning component, as a complementary activity to the cleaning service. Also in 2016, the company transitioned to the ISO 9001 standard in its 2015 version, achieving early renewal by Icontec. In 2018, the company consolidated its infrastructure and began providing bio-gardening and landscape management services for private clients.
