For the presentation of the different applications, you must have at least the following information.

• The user code assigned by the company for the cleaning service.
• The full names and surnames of the applicant and of his representative or attorney-in-fact, if applicable, with indication of the identity document, address, neighborhood and telephone number.
• The object of the request.
• The reasons on which it is based.
• The list of accompanying documents.
• Any information deemed useful and necessary to resolve the claim.
